Our Hocus Pocus Dress has a wrap style design which means you can adjust it to your beautiful silhouette! It features a v-neckline complimented by short cap sleeves. It has a self-tie belt around the waist with ruffle detailing on the sleeves and at the bottom of the dress. We're getting nautical vibes and styling ours over a kini' with salty waves and a hair bandana!
